Gymnastics & Trampolining

10am-2pm: 4 Year Olds

10am-3pm: 5-11 Year Olds

Children who are 4 years old must be collected at 2PM. Older siblings can be collected at the same time, or stay and be collected at 3PM. 

Children will be involved with a half day of gymnastics, and a half day of trampolining. Children will have lots of opportunities to practice skills and learn new skills in a safe environment whilst having lots of fun.

Throughout the day, children can expect to learn and attempt a wide range of skills that include:

• Basic and Advanced Shapes
• Forward Roles
• Backwards Roles
• Basic and Advanced Jumping Skills
• Cartwheels
• Handstands
• Single Balancing
• Partner Balances
• Bouncing Safely and Accurately
• Tuck, Pike, Straddle, Straight and Star Jumps
• ¼, ½ and full twists
• Seat landings
• Swivel Hips
• Front Landings
• Back Landings
• Combination Skills
• Fun Trampoline Games that include animal wars, categories, doughnut, bed game, animal basketball and toaster.

Registration is open from 9:45am with the course looking to start at 10am after all children have been registered. Following registration our coaches will briefly discuss what they have planned for the day, as well as health and safety, toilet locations and timings for the day. We run our courses just like a school day with a small break around midmorning, lunchtime at midday and another small break during mid-afternoon. Children are to be collected at 3pm from the point of registration. Children who are 4 years of age must be collected at 2pm.

All children attending require a packed lunch and a water bottle.

We ask for NO NUT PRODUCTS for those who have nut allergies and no fizzy drinks.

If your child has any allergies or medical conditions please make us aware of these when booking.

Please ensure your child has socks with them as these are required to use the trampolines.

On registering your child you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to pay for your child’s holiday course.

On registering your child for a place on our course Rising Stars Multi-Sports Ltd will collect certain information about you/your child which will include your names, email address, address, telephone number, child’s date of birth, gender and school. We will not share this information with any third party for marketing purposes.
