• Single Balancing
• Partner Balances
• Basic RoutinesDuring our multi-sports part of the day children may have the opportunity to experience some of the following activities.

  • Basketball
  • Football
  • Fencing
  • Speed Stacking
  • Lacrosse
  • Tennis
  • Nerf
  • Archery

Registration is open from 8:45am with the course looking to start at 9am after all children have been registered. Following registration our coaches will briefly discuss what they have planned for the day, as well as health and safety, toilet locations and timings for the day. We run our courses just like a school day with a small break around midmorning, lunchtime at midday and another small break during mid-afternoon. Children are to be collected at 3pm from the point of registration.

All children attending require a packed lunch and a water bottle.

We ask for NO NUT PRODUCTS for those who have nut allergies and no fizzy drinks.

If your child has any allergies or medical conditions please make us aware of these when booking.

Please ensure your child has socks with them as these are required to use the trampolines.

On registering your child you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to pay for your child’s holiday course.

On registering your child for a place on our course Rising Stars Multi-Sports Ltd will collect certain information about you/your child which will include your names, email address, address, telephone number, child’s date of birth, gender and school. We will not share this information with any third party for marketing purposes.
